We remotely scan your system twice a week to ensure it’s functioning properly, notify you of any significant issues, and attempt to fix them remotely if detected.

If your installer is no longer available, we will still take care of you. We monitor your system remotely and work to fix any issues. If a SolarEdge equipment replacement is needed in line with applicable warranty terms, we will schedule a solar-professional site visit for you, make sure you will get the required parts and cover all labor costs

Our plans only cover SolarEdge equipment. For other issues, you will need to contact an installer.
